1. PLACE RESERVATION AND REGISTRATION

1.1 Complete this registration form.

1.2 Pay the course fee (see section “2. PRICES”). The payment must include the participant’s name, camp modality, number of weeks, and chosen language.

1.3 Send required documentation:
• Copy of student’s or parent/guardian ID or passport.
• Copy of medical insurance (only for students residing outside Spain).
• Proof of payment to email: summercamp@iiischools.com.

1.4 The reservation will be confirmed once the completed registration form and required documents are received, and a confirmation email is sent.

2. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1 All contracted services must be paid before the start of the camp.

2.2 Cancellation penalties are as follows:
• More than 15 days before the camp start date: 100% refund.

• Less than 15 days: €100 will not be refunded (reservation fee or deducted from total payment) for administrative costs.

2.3 If the camp is cancelled by III, the full amount paid will be refunded.

2.4 If the participant leaves the camp once it has started, III Camp shall be released from its obligations and no refund will be made.

3. EMERGENCIES AND INSURANCE

3.1 The registration form must clearly state any allergies, illnesses, medications, or other relevant conditions.

3.2 All participants will have basic medical insurance.

3.3 In case of medical emergency, the participant or guardians authorize III to take necessary actions such as medical assistance or transfer. Medical costs will be paid by the student or parents/guardians.

4. PROGRAM AND CONTRACTED SERVICES

4.1 The student may participate in the program and any contracted services (transfer, classes, accommodation, activities) according to the terms and conditions stated on the website and promotional materials.

4.2 Before starting or on the first day, the participant will take a language level test (English or Spanish) to be placed in the appropriate group.

The organization is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or money.

4.4 Mobile phones, tablets, video games, etc. are prohibited during camp hours.

5. EXPULSIONS

5.1 III reserves the right to expel any student who commits serious misconduct. Parents/guardians will be informed in advance.

5.2 Serious misconduct includes:

• Disrespect toward teachers, staff, classmates or environment.
• Poor hygiene.
• Failure to follow basic coexistence rules.
• Consumption of alcohol or drugs.
• Use of sharp or dangerous objects.
• Bullying or aggression.
• Violent or inappropriate behavior.
